Tea that’s not steeped?? Matcha is finely ground green tea that is whisked into hot water—no straining necessary! This makes a single serving high in caffeine, equal to that of coffee. It’s the perfect substitute to coffee (why you would ever need that, we don’t know) and a super healthy add-on to morning smoothies.
Recipe: Heat water to 175. Use 1/2 tablespoon for every 8oz of water. Whisk and enjoy.
