The roast is darker than Tanzanian Peaberry which is what we usually drink. I used the same proportions of water and beans and the taste is a bit bitter requiring me to add more sugar and cream. So tomorrow I'll use fewer beans and see what we get.

This iight roast is very flavorable. I am usually a medium to dark roast guy, but this is a very bold light roast with a great taste. I will for sure buy this coffee again.

An excellent full bodied light roast with lots of flavor. Nice for a change but I am going to order my favorite Ethiopian Gadeb in the 5 pound bag.
