Shipping policy
How long after I place my order will I get my coffee?
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after you receive your confirmation email. After your order has been processed, we will ship your order out through a shipping provider of our choice or hand deliver your order if you are local (please scroll down to read our Local Hand Delivery policy).
Shipping Providers
We usually ship through USPS Priority Mail or UPS Surepost, although we also use USPS First Class, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground occasionally. We do this to set your order up with a provider that can ship your order out as fast as possible and at an affordable cost. This helps us keep our shipping rates low for you.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you tracking information that shows exactly where your order is and when it is expected to arrive.
Please note that although we will always do our absolute best to get your order out as fast as we can, there are some some things out of our control. Please allow extra time for us to process your orders during weather emergencies and other natural phenomenon.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping to the continental United States.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. We also offer free shipping for new email subscribers.
Local Pickup: Use the code LOCALPICKUP to pick your order up at Pickled Pickles in Oxford, PA and avoid paying shipping. Once your order is marked as fulfilled, your order is ready to be picked up at Pickled Pickles. See the address and hours below:

Local Hand Deliveries
We often hand deliver local orders within 20 miles of our shop in Oxford, PA, although not always. If you placed your order more than three days ago and have still not received a tracking number and are within 20 miles of Oxford, it is likely that your order will be dropped off by Andrew (one of the owners). If you would like to confirm whether or not your order will be dropped off by one of us, please email us at roaster@pikecreekcoffee.com. Please note that we usually drop off local deliveries once per week, and usually towards the end of the week. It may take a full 7 days after placing your order to receive it if we hand deliver your order.
