This medium roast comes from Teka Hill, one of the highest elevation farms in Burundi. The coffee trees are grown at 6100 feet allowing for a more flavorful cup boasting a flavor profile of chocolate, lime, and nuts.

Was feeling adventurous and tried something new! The coffee has a deep, rich flavor! I’m a huge fan of light roasts, and I thought a medium roast wools be comparable. To me, the Burundi was closer to a dark roast than to the light.
